Health Care for the Homeless Project Director

Job Description:

Compensation: FT/Exempt (37.5 Hours Per Week)
$80,000 – $85,000 Annually
Reports to: CEO/Executive Director
Location: Health & Wellness Center

Clay City, KY 40312

Summary of Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in healthcare administration, public health, social services or other relevant health related field of study. Relevant experience may be substituted for required education. Prior experience with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or Rural Health Clinic (RHC) strongly preferred.  Experience directing or managing health or social service programs with administrative skills in personnel, financial/grants management, planning, program evaluation, marketing, and advocacy helpful along with experience, knowledge, commitment and sensitivity to needs of an underserved homeless population. Preferred knowledge of community action or other non-profit organizations. Must be proficient in most computer applications, including Microsoft Office, and have good oral and written communication skills. Agency policy regarding drug and alcohol testing and criminal background checks applies to this position.
