We are here to make sure individuals and small businesses have access to the health coverage they need. Our goal is to help families understand their health care options and choose the best plan for their needs.

We have trained professionals called kynectors who can assist you in obtaining affordable coverage or enrolling in programs like Medicaid, Kentucky Children’s Health Insurance Program (KCHIP), Qualified Health Care Plans (QHP), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP).

Qualifications for Free or Reduced Healthcare Coverage
Our kynectors provide education and enrollment assistance. Whether you’re looking for expanded Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans, or the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) for small businesses with 2-50 employees, we’re here to help. All plans in the Marketplace cover essential health benefits, such as doctor visits, hospital stays, emergency care, prescriptions, and care for pregnant women and children.

Who is eligible for free or reduced coverage?
- Individuals aged 18 to 64 earning less than $20,120* qualify for Medicaid.
- Individuals aged 18 to 64 earning up to $33,972* can utilize the Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC) to cover most of the insurance premium for a silver plan on HealthCare.gov and receive additional savings on cost-sharing during medical care.
- A family of four earning less than $41,400* qualifies for Medicaid.
- A family of four earning up to $69,372* can use the Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC) to cover most of their insurance premium for a silver plan on HealthCare.gov and receive extra savings on cost-sharing during medical care.
