M-F (Schedule to be determined)

Position Summary:
Delivers primary health care services to patients and provides individual and/or group health education and counseling while providing outreach to and advocacy for the homeless population.

Must be eligible and licensed to practice medicine in the state of Kentucky. Must have a strong community health/public health orientation and be Board Certified/Board Eligible M.D.; D.O. in a primary care specialty. Must have experience in a rural setting along with patient care management. Agency policy regarding drug and alcohol testing, criminal background checks along with other credentialing requirements applies to this position.
